Phil is the President of ArmourCo Solutions. Phil manages both the leadership team and the day to day operations. He is the steerer of the ship, herder of the cats and master of cliches.
John Margaritis
Vice President
John is the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Estimation – with a finger in everything else. John brings his operations experience and understanding to all things Project Development at ArmourCo, ensuring first-class customer service. John fixes stuff even if it’s not broken…yet.
Chris Linkert
Senior Project Manager/Construction Health & Safety Officer
Chris was once referred to as New Guy. Now better known as our Senior Project Manager and Construction Health and Safety Officer who keeps our trades, employees and clients alive and safe with his relentless reminders to work safe. Chris has an expertise in project management and reminds us that no amount of training can fix stupid. Chris is a McMaster graduate in History.
Alex Tenaglia
Estimating Coordinator
Alex brings his enthusiasm for construction to our estimating team. He not only has managed our projects but now brings that expertise to estimating. On top of that Alex provides customer service excellence and trains new project management talent. Alex is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Health Sciences and Construction from Humber College. So a smart guy that knows stuff and fixes stuff, and estimates stuff.
Kevin Dutcher
Sr. Project Manager/In-house Designer/Architect
Kevin provides project management and design services to Armourco’s renovation clients. Kevin graduated from the School of Planning and Architectural Studies at the University of Waterloo and Architectural Technology Design at Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
Rodolfo Vieira
Project Manager
Rodolfo joins ArmourCo as a Junior Project Manager with many years’ experience on tools as a tile installer and most recently a new construction site superintendent building high rise condominium buildings in Toronto. Rodolfo has a diploma in Business Management and Industrial Engineering.
Cathy Doherty
Office Manager
Cathy joined ArmourCo Solutions in 2009 and is our office manager, managing all aspects of administration at the head office in Oakville . Cathy’s years of client care experience helps ArmourCo provide clear and concise communications and processes to improve the customer experience. Cathy fixes the stuff that the guy on the top left breaks.
Julianna Hoeck
Office Administrator
Julianna joined the ArmourCo team in 2019 and helps run the day to day office administration in Oakville, as well as providing marketing assistance. She brings forth many years of customer service, social media, and marketing skills to her role and makes what we do just look better…like any good marketing professional would do.
Mila Goncalves
Construction Coordinator
Mila’s previous work experience is in construction and education with a degree in early childhood development. We believe her degree will help the misfits in our office learn to play nice. Mila has a passion for construction which makes her a perfect fit as our Construction Coordinator.
Zeke Margaritis
Business Development Coordinator
Zeke joins us directly from Business school at The University of Guelph. No stranger to ArmourCo, Zeke has been working summers and breaks over the past several years helping out where he can. Zeke was our first Project Managers Assistant, and now moves to business development supporting our growth objectives. And yes Zeke has a familiar last name being the son of our well known VP Sales and Estimating guru John Margaritis.
Martin Czyzycki
Project Manager
Martin comes to ArmourCo providing his restoration knowledge to our project management team. His background in estimating and project management will assist our firm in improving key performance measures and cost tracking. With a degree in Urban studies from York University, Martin has demonstrated that he is an avid learner. Also a fan of American football which has garnered him the coveted nickname “NFL”.
Rafael Toti
Project Manager
Rafael Toti joins our project management team with an extensive background in interior fit outs. Procurement, estimating, and validation will assist ArmourCo to grow with an eye on details and the numbers. Rafael has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Real Estate business management and civil engineering management. Yet another smart guy willing to work hard to make us better. He has expressed a love for math and chocolate. Ask him about the chocolate business.
Elvira Stalteri
Operations Manager
Elvira joins ArmourCo in a senior leadership role as our Operations Manager. Elvira is an experienced Operations Manager holding this position at several contracting and renovation firms in the Toronto area. We look forward to having Elvira help us grow by supporting both our project management team and the clients they service.

Team Best Friend
Sadie is the CFO with nearly 5 years of experience tracking snack-flow and managing a healthy treat budget. She is also our Director of Shipping and Receiving and uses her sunny disposition to build strong working relationships with our delivery partners.
